Holly Lewis will be hosting a 6 week Yoga series: The Science of Slow, starting June 18th @ 10:45am here in the Marilyn Perkins - Memorial Hall.

Summer teaser of slow mindful Yoga.
This is gentle Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on breath, mindful movement and some genuine sweet authentic teachings.
The Science of Slow is based on the Slow Yoga Revolution,
Think Slower is stronger.
Think of it as a kindness project on yourself.
Think of it as radical self-care.
We run for 6 weeks.
$75 is your cost exchange for this summer session.
You will need a yoga mat, props if you have them, warm socks and a small blanket for savasana. Arrive at least 10 mins early to get set up.
No experience necessary though mobile enough to get up and down off the floor is helpful.
